We ship art to addresses worldwide. All art is insured, and we pack your artwork and prints very carefully. Most packages are shipped by USPS by first class or priority mail. We email you tracking information, if tracking is available for your country.

Sherri Silverman Studio collects the appropriate sales tax for orders within the USA. For orders shipping internationally, orders are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). We do not charge you for import duties and applicable taxes if your address is outside the USA. Your country’s customs department will collect its own non-refundable import duties, VAT, etc. from you directly before delivery of your order.

If you’re in Marin County, CA, you can arrange for free delivery of your purchases. If you’re anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area and want to drive to the beauty and tranquility of West Marin, ask for free curbside/studio pickup in Lagunitas, directions, and an appointment. Call us when you’ve arrived.

In the extremely rare case of a damaged or destroyed shipment, document with photos and a detailed description and contact us immediately. Claims with the shipper must be handled promptly to have a successful outcome.
