getting organized in the studio: art inventory database

I’m getting super organized, including moving my art inventory database to Artwork Archive, which is fabulous and includes the option for a public profile. Because of Artwork Archive, I can immediately find the price, dimensions, image files, location, notes, status, creation date, series, exhibition history, etc for any work I’ve ever created if I've entered it into the system (over 350 pieces in there so far, so many more to enter!) It gives a professional presentation in a comprehensive database. You can produce PDF reports to keep on your computer or print out. You can share parts of it publicly. It creates a calendar with email reminders about upcoming deadlines, dates for delivering work, etc. You can set up a virtual viewing room for potential collectors. Best of all, it enables you to document your entire career with all details. Easy to work with, and they are very responsive to questions and suggestions to improve the functionality. It also offers articles that have been quite helpful.
